Your sponsor’s sole purpose in your organization is to coach and mentor you to success and you will be required to be in regular and frequent contact with them at all times. This is for your benefit and you should welcome each of these meetings/conversations with enthusiasm and proactivity.
Each meeting/conversation will conclude with an activity that you will need to work on in preparation for the next meeting/conversation. This will ensure that you are always forward thinking in your business and that you have the tools necessary to teach and lead your team to their success, thus ensuring your own success!
